How These Guys I Know Work

Explore is a discovery phase.  We create options and explore possibilities for our clients.  We answer questions like : What way should we go now? What could we do from here? What if we did this? Or that? How do we get there or achieve that?  During Explore we use a range of tools including research and engagement, landscape mapping.competitive review, channel and brand audits, analysis and insight. We bring fresh thinking to the table and go deep, so as to paint the clearest possible picture and define  next steps.  

Once we know the move to make, we hatch a marvellous plan! Our Plan phase determines the “how”.  We take exploratory thinking and refine - tightly, developing a strategic plan to bring our concept or thinking to fruition. This includes refinement of brand strategy and identifying the right levers to pull (and when!) - from media planning to content and engagement strategies, strategic partnerships, go to market product launches and more.  

Our Launch phase is entirely focused on execution. Over the years we have mastered the art of the launch - even winning awards for it (Launch of the year at the TVNZ Marketing Awards)  A strong launch requires the careful coordination  of many moving parts. We apply expert project management skills, smart tactics, and flawless attention to detail. Services at this stage include everything you need including creative assets and concepts, PR, activation, messaging strategy and more - whether launching a product, business, service or brand. 

Business success is about growth and relevance. We seek and create opportunities for our clients to Grow - building awareness, revenue opportunities, executing plans to enter new markets, guiding scale - from niche to household and beyond.  In our minds - status quo is a big no no.  We work with clients to move the dial - and support at every step of the journey - moving from A to B…and C, even Z.  Growth strategy + execution.
