How we work
The era of one-size-fits-all consultancy and agency models is over. Fixed structures, rigid teams, and predetermined scopes no longer reflect how organisations operate — or what they need to succeed. These Guys I Know offers a more flexible, considered way of working, designed for organisations ready for fresh thinking beyond legacy business consultancy or traditional creative agency structures.
Today, organisations need the ability to flex capability based on challenge, timing, and budget. These Guys I Know was built for this reality: on-demand strategy and execution designed to create meaningful, measurable value. Rather than selling a fixed structure or predefined offering, we generate the response our clients actually need.
We work in two core ways: Plug-in or Project.

Plug-in means becoming an extension of your team — providing senior strategic thinking, creative leadership, or specialist capability where and when it’s needed. This approach works particularly well for in-house teams navigating pressure, transition, or growth, and who value experienced support without adding permanent headcount.
Across both approaches, we assemble bespoke teams and resource models aligned to the task at hand. Every engagement includes consistent senior oversight and a clear focus on outcomes. Decision-making is straightforward, accountability is clear, and delivery remains intentionally agile — drawing on the right mix of strategy, creativity, media, content, and execution to suit the moment.
We’re not precious about how we work. We can operate independently, alongside in-house teams, or in partnership with other agencies. What matters is impact.
This flexibility isn’t accidental — it’s foundational to how we create value in a modern, fast-moving, fragmented world.
Project means being set a clear ambition or challenge — from repositioning a brand, launching a product, shifting behaviour, or future-proofing a funding or engagement model — and delivering an integrated, end-to-end response with clarity and momentum.
